Cancelations

Must be within a 24 hour period prior to your appointment time, failure to do so will result in a 20% service charge for the agreed service on that day. Should you wish to rebook following a last minute cancellation a deposit of 20% of the service charge will be taken to secure your booking.

Skin Test

All new clients must come to have a skin test prior to any colour service appointment, which must have been completed at least 48 hours before their booking .

Hair Extensions

£100 non refundable deposit will be required before the ordering/booking hair extensions.

Additional Information

As Madeup is only a small salon,  unfortunately we can only cater for you and your booking, therefore please try to come alone as we aim to keep our ambiance so that adults can relax and enjoy some well deserved me time.
